CHRISTMAS IN NOVEMBER AT THE FAIRMONT JASPER PARK LODGE

We’re home from Christmas in November at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and tonight I’m recapping our experience! What is Christmas in November, you ask? Basically, it’s a giant meeting of people who love all the same things I love — great food, wine, entertainment and seasonal inspiration. This past weekend we cooked with celebrity chefs, learned about holiday decor from industry experts, came away with tons of culinary inspiration and tasted wine from all over the world. Sounds like a good time, right? Now, imagine that experience set in a charming, rustic lodge, overlooking a serene mountain lake in a picturesque National Park. That, my friends, is what Christmas in November at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is all about! I’m sharing every detail of our trip — including the accommodations, the food, and drink, the lodge, the spa, the setting, the sessions, the after parties, who we met and what I wore! A COZY GIRLS NIGHT IN

Maybe I’m just getting older, but — wait, who am I kidding? Girls nights in are way better than girls nights out, am I right?! Give me a room full of my closest friends, some great wine and snacks, gorgeous blooms, cozy threads (and comfy pants!), good reads and a toasty fire — I’ll take that over going out any day! To celebrate the joy of staying in, Rebecca Dawn Design and I teamed this month up to share some inspiration for A Cozy Girls Night In — a snapshot of everything home decor, entertaining, flower and casual style we’re loving this autumn!

With everyone leading such busy lives, there’s truly nothing I cherish more than spending quality time with family and friends. OCTOBER BEAUTY FAVOURITES

It was beauty overload here at JustineCelina headquarters last month — in the best way possible! October marked the beginning of my partnership with Sephora Canada and I published my first two posts in a series of six that we’ll be working on together this year. As you can imagine, there was a whole lot of liquid lipstick and fragrance testing going down last month as part of my research for my 5 Liquid Lipsticks to Try This Fall and Autumn / Winter 2016 Fragrance Edit posts (have you read them yet?!). So naturally, most of my October Beauty Favourites are liquid lipsticks and fragrances!

In October I fell in love with three gorgeous liquid lipsticks in fall’s hottest shades — as well as a vampy, demi-matte traditional lipstick. I also gravitated towards two beautiful fragrances and discovered the best liquid black eyeliner I’ve ever tried! OCTOBER SOUNDTRACK

Need a fresh playlist for the weekend? I’ve got you covered with 62 of my favourite tracks from the month! October was another very busy month for me with lots of exciting new projects on the go — a couple that you’ve seen already and a few that are still around the corner! I also had tons of photoshoots this month and relied on this soundtrack to keep the momentum going (expect so much fresh collaborative content to roll out here at JustineCelina before year end!).
