Trying a new lip colour is such a fun way to refresh your look, and today I’m sharing my 6 of my favourites for spring — including 2 natural options to celebrate Earth Day! From beautiful inexpensive lipsticks to luxurious splurge-worthy items, I’ve selected a variety of shades and formulas — from sheer gloss to full-on colour in a fresh spring palette.
Spring
If you’re following me on Instagram, you probably had an idea that this was coming. Ever since visiting the beautiful, blossoming Pacific Northwest in March, I’ve been obsessed with flowers and floral print (honestly, I’ve been buying tulips on almost every grocery run)! So I thought it would be fun to start an OBSESSION series here on JustineCelina; highlighting a print, colour or texture of the moment, and showing you how to work it into your personal style — whether it be in the form of fashion, beauty, or in the home.
For today’s post I wanted to try something a little different. As an art director and designer, I’m always looking for texture, colour, shape and pattern in imagery — most of the time I don’t even realize it, it’s just something my mind is naturally conditioned to do. So I thought I would post a collection of images from my trip to the Pacific Northwest that I find texturally interesting.

Are you looking for a quick and clean spring brunch idea this long weekend? I’ve got you covered! These drool-worthy Banana Maca Pancakes are made with just 3 main ingredients, packed full of nutrition and protein, plus they’re dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian. Topped with my fresh Raspberry Maple Syrup, they’re always a hit!
Let me start off by saying that I’m a bit of a wino! I like to try different local wines when I’m traveling and add bottles from around the world to my (ever dwindling) collection. When I was in Oregon, I wanted to head out to Williamette Valley to do some vineyard touring — I love Oregon Pinot Noir — but was running short on time. Since I wasn’t able to visit wine country, I stopped into an urban winery in SE Portland called ENSO instead.
